THE billionaire Jems Rugemalira prepared a very big party to commemorate 3 years after the death of his granddaughter Isabella Benita bulengo. Isabella died on April 25, 2012 for a sickness which was not revealed and was buried on 28 April. The event which started with mass, lighting candles and laying wreaths of flowers was followed with a heavy party in which food and drinks were to the extreme. The party, which came few days after his birthday party, went on past midnight. The billionaire was mentioned in a saga that saw some leaders stepped down famously known as ‘Tegeta Escrow’.
