Not tonight… I’ve
got a headache: Four-tonne elephant seal indulges in some very heavy petting
with one of his 100 mates.
Male elephant seals-the largest of all seal
species-breed a harem of women which they will fight to protect. It can control
groups of up to 100, mating with each of them in turn with each session lasting
up to half an hour. Females only weigh around one tonne, making it difficult to
resist males’ advances.
