A certain man who is famously known as Mangi Pesa was caught at Sinza C packing government mosquito nets which are normally given freely into commercial bags ready to sell them exhobitantly. Police from Kijitonyama arrested him immediately after getting information from some people. Mangi Pesa is out on bail.
