DC Makonda hidden by Police officers
THE Kinondoni District Commissioner Paul Makonda and other Police officers got themselves in trouble after a storm of stones was directed to where he was standing talking to the drivers who were in boycott at Ubungo bus terminal. The situation was caused by a police dog that injured one man awakening fury from the drivers.
