The vice secretary
of CCM Mwigulu Nchemba has dropped his position yesterday evening in on going
CCM NEC meetings in Dodoma so as to be in a position of standing as a
presidential candidate, 2015. The CCM chairperson, the President Jakaya Kikwete
appointed Rajab Luhavi, his political advisor, to fill the vacancy.
