| Caning is still a problem in schools |
FROM KITETO TO
DODOMA: TOO SAD. The body of Noel Bichima, a form two student from Matui
Secondary school in Kiteto arrived in Dodoma yesterday for continuation of the
postmortem. The close relatives says it was difficult to complete the
examination of the head due to lack of facilities.
Noel died when he was being caned by three
teachers after failing Kiswahili Exam. The suspects are being held by Police
for further investigation.
