Man impregnates his own daughter

BUNGOMA, Kenya. A 39-year old man from Chemche village Kanduyi constituency has been charged with incest and impregnating his daughter. A Bungoma court heard that Philip Nalianya, the Bukembe West Ward office manager has been sleeping with his 14-year daughter for over two years after his wife died in 2013. The man is out on bail of Ksh 20,000 cash or Ksh 100,000 bond.
