Members of one family attacked, beaten by swords

Mkuranga, Pwani, HUSBAND, wife and other people of the same family have badly beaten with swords and stolen their properties including money and mobile phones. This sad incident started when the family was informed that there were some people cutting down trees in their farm and when they went to find out is when they were surrounded by armed people with swords, sticks and other traditional weapons. They started beating them claiming that that was their farm. They chased them after threatening to burn them alive with petrol. The ward officer said Police is taking care of the matter and some people have been caught in relation to the incident. ‘POLENI SANA’.
