PRESIDENT Jakaya Kikwete had conversation with American 42nd retired president Bill Clinton at the White House in Dar es Salaam. Clinton is in the country for seeing various development and healthy projects under Clinto Development Initiative (CDI) and Clinto Health Access Initiative (CHAI).
