A certain man from
Miembe Saba Kibaha Pwani has been arrested following raping for two years his
own daughters aged 11 and 15 (names reserved). The man used to fulfill his evils when his wife
is away.
He threatened to kill his daughters if they try to open their mouths. The
doctors have said that the children are psychologically and physically ruined.
