The increase of
road accidents should be looked at from a different perspective. There are
reports that the dressing code of female cops is culturally immoral as most of time
they wear suggestive clothes. Another problem is lack of seriousness during
working hours where by traffic police sit in the bush drinking, charting, or
doing theirs.
