A girl almost defiled in the government car

Surprisingly a government vehicle (numbers kept) was involved in scandal at very late night which is abnormal. A certain lady (name unidentified) was dragged to the car at around midnight at Msamvu area in Morogoro. The car driver called Asenga made the girl drunk with strong liquor before dragging her to the car where she was rescued by the warchman of that area.
