Arrested by raping his fellow students!

Peter Katumba (28) a student of Kampala International University was on Tuesday arrested by police detectives after information had leaked that he cons girls, engages them into sex and later steals their phones and money. KIU students told police that Katumba uses a trick of falling in love with you with intentions of robbing some valuables such as phones, money and laptops.
